Mindfulness & Meditation Instruction
Each meditation class is designed to empower students to release psychological and physical blocks in order to come back home to their bodies. Gentle guided meditation is coupled with light movement, which helps participants feel more grounded and balanced, while focusing on natural breathing to promote clarity, compassion & relaxation.
Workshops & Retreats
Charlotte has led, trained, taught, coached, and facilitated, thousands of people online, in communities, workplaces and institutions to guide them in finding their sweet spot of alignment between head, heart and action. Half and full day workshops and retreats include meditation sessions and interactive group exercises.
Motivational Talks & Keynotes
Charlotte has delivered over 500 speeches in her decade-long activism and speaking career. She brings energy, inspiration, and a sense of intimacy to an audience, whether it's 50 people or 5000 in attendance. Topics that she enjoys cultivating conversation around are self-care for activists, heart-centered leadership, and the intersections of love, justice and healing.
Coaching & Consultation
It's about more than an after-hours yoga class! Through her Coaching and Consulting services, Charlotte collaborates with you to create a culture of well-being within your organization. Together, we will assess the needs of your staff and clients, uncover the root causes of inefficiency and burnout, and create solutions that will help your organization feel empowered to lead and serve.
Traditional Tea Ceremony
Tea Ceremony or “Cha Dao (The Way of Tea)” is a path to cultivate an awakened presence and inner harmony through tea. A tea ceremony is a dance of the elements. The earth, fire, water, air and the spirit of tea come together to create space for meditation and reflection. Tea is a great way to gather your team to share space, presence and intentions, and is a wonderful addition to any retreat, workshop or private event space.
